Every photographer deals with the dilemma of marketing their work to potential clients. Whether it be through social media, advertising or word of mouth, it's really important to get your work out there. Thanks to a really cool site called http://magcloud.com/ there is another way for photographers to reach potential clients. I designed this magazine as a mini portfolio for our wedding photography. The thing I am impressed with the most is the quality of printing from Mag Cloud. The color and resolution of the photos is beautiful! Plus you can print individual issues on demand, which is perfect for a studio like mine. Reseth and I are excited to get this out there and showcase our work.
The concept is to place these magazines in strategic locations around the metro. That way we can target our potential clients with these awesome mini portfolios. It also gives us the chance to update the magazine frequently so our work stays fresh. If you happen to find one feel free to take it home. That is exactly what it is for. Consider it a really big business card and an introduction to our work.

I had a great bridal portrait shoot with Stephanie. It was so much fun to shoot around OKC. We started at the Chesapeake Boathouse and finished Downtown. The light at the boathouse was a dream. All of the reflections and light bouncing around made for some glowing and super amazing shots. After we shot at the boathouse we made our way downtown and had so much fun shooting a different look. It was fun shooting on the street and finding beautiful buildings to shoot in front of. It was a great and an outstanding day!
My partner Reseth Photography is responsible for a lot of the beautiful shots in this blog. Our brides deserve something special and by having two creative voices working together we are able to give them something beyond the average shoot. When you add in the professional makeup and hair by Lindsey Wilson from Lollie's Beauty Bar, it's the finishing touch of perfection! Thank you Reseth and Lindsey! Thank you Stephanie for being such a wonderful and beautiful bride!

I was so happy that Reseth convinced me to take a break from editing to test some bridal portrait ideas. Not only is she a great photographer but she is also an outstanding model! Here are just a few from today that I had to post. I'll post more later.

I photographed a beautiful classic wedding for Cheryl and Brian this
past weekend in Ft. Worth TX. It was such a great day and their
families were so super. My business partner Reseth helped me with the
photography and we were able to capture some gorgeous images of Cheryl
and Brian's special day. Brian and I have been friends since high
school and I was so excited to be a part of he and his beautiful brides
wedding. I wish them all the love and happiness life has to offer.

Thank you Reseth for the amazing image of the dress and the bridal portraits. Oh... and that image of Brian and Cheryl relaxing after the wedding. Great stuff!
