Dixi and Kristin are going to be competing in the Mrs. Oklahoma competition this spring. I was excited to be able to photograph their pageant head shots. I wish their could be more than one winner because I think they would both represent this state very well. I wish them both the best of luck.

Gabby and Ian contacted me about some portraits. They wanted to bring friends along. Michelle and Ava came too and we had a great time together despite a cloudy and chilly day. Kids love to play and somehow always make friends and Ian and Ava were no different. They made some friends with the little girls who were playing in the window at the Ice Cream shop. I love watching children interact and it was hilarious to see them make faces at each other. Great kids and awesome mothers made for a wonderful shoot! I can't wait to do it again!

I have known Lauren for almost four years and have had the privilege to see her grow into a wonderful young lady. She is going to school at UCO to study photography and I was really happy when she called me and wanted to do some portraits. The weather gave us a big break! It has been really cold but Sunday it warmed up a little and we were able to have a great afternoon just hanging out in the farmers market area of OKC. You can probably tell that Lauren has a big personality and likes to have fun. This shoot was really fun and we were able to get awesome shots with a lot of energy. Thanks Lauren!  

I had a great bridal portrait shoot with Stephanie. It was so much fun to shoot around OKC. We started at the Chesapeake Boathouse and finished Downtown. The light at the boathouse was a dream. All of the reflections and light bouncing around made for some glowing and super amazing shots. After we shot at the boathouse we made our way downtown and had so much fun shooting a different look. It was fun shooting on the street and finding beautiful buildings to shoot in front of. It was a great and an outstanding day!

My partner Reseth Photography is responsible for a lot of the beautiful shots in this blog. Our brides deserve something special and by having two creative voices working together we are able to give them something beyond the average shoot. When you add in the professional makeup and hair by Lindsey Wilson from Lollie's Beauty Bar, it's the finishing touch of perfection! Thank you Reseth and Lindsey! Jordan was so fun to work with! She contacted Reseth and I for some work for her modeling portfolio. We had great makeup and hair from Peyton at the Velvet Monkey Salon in OKC. We shot around Midtown and Downtown OKC. I love exploring this area of the city. It seems like every time I shoot there I find new and exciting things. Reseth and I are working with Anthony David Agency to provide models with shots for their portfolios. We are also extending this offer to other local models who need to update their portfolios.
